Player Registration
Fall 2026 Registration Instructions
Please fill out one form per child.
While filling out the registration form, fields marked with a * are required. Please be sure to fill out the field that says “Any known Allergies / Medical Conditions to consider?*” If there are no medical conditions, please type “None” or “N/A”.
Players born between Jan. 1, 2011 - Dec. 31, 2022 are eligible.
Fall 2026 Registration will run Friday, May 1 to Friday, June 26, 2026.
Registration Fee will be $50 per player.
Bethany Soccer Camps
We are partnering once again with Bethany Soccer Camps to offer soccer clinics July 26-28, 2026. If you would like to sign your child up now, please choose the option on the form. You will be charged an additional amount of either $65 (for U6) or $100 (for U8 - U15).
