Fall 2024 Registration Instructions

Please fill out the registration form. Fields marked with a * are required.

As soon as player registration is finished and we know exactly how many teams we will have this year, we will contact you with further information.

At that time, we will need you to complete (and pass) a Background Check and register with our state affiliate MSYSA. This is very simple and takes less than 5 minutes. Instructions will be sent.
