Mountaintop Soccer Association relies on the excellent athletic fields in Loch Lynn, Maryland, to provide a vibrant sports program for hundreds of local youth athletes. The Town of Loch Lynn has been incredibly gracious and kind in partnering with the association for many years, consistently ensuring the fields are well-maintained and accessible for every season.

This wonderful collaboration highlights the town’s true community spirit and its deep commitment to supporting youth enrichment and outdoor recreation.

In early 2022, the Town of Loch Lynn successfully secured critical infrastructure grant funding to install modern, energy-efficient LED lighting on the U12 and U15 fields. This major upgrade fundamentally transforms the Fall season by completely eliminating the scheduling crunch caused by early autumn sunsets.

With the new lights illuminating the complex, teams can now safely play and practice much later into the evening, maximizing field availability and enhancing the overall experience for young athletes and their families.

For this coming Fall 2026 season, Loch Lynn has also secured additional grant funding to install a brand-new, modern scoreboard strategically positioned for use between the U12 and U15 fields. This exciting upgrade will serve both playing areas, bringing a professional game-day atmosphere to the complex while making it effortless for players, coaches, and spectators to keep track of the action.
