One last chance...we will be re-opening the MSA Website for late Registration for the 2021 Fall Soccer Season this Monday, July 12th from 6AM to 6PM. This will be the FINAL opportunity to sign up for the season...there will be no exceptions! Please help spread the word for anyone that missed the prior deadline...

While filling out the registration form, fields marked with a * are required. Please be sure to fill out the field that says "Any known Allergies / Medical Conditions to consider?*" If there are no medical conditions, please type "None" or "N/A".
Players born between Jan. 1, 2006 - Dec. 31, 2017 are eligible.
Registration Fee will be $50 per player.

We are partnering once again with Bethany Soccer Camps to offer soccer clinics August 8-11, 2021. If you would like to sign your child up now, please choose the option on the form. You will be charged an additional amount of either $65 (for U6) or $95 (for U8 - U15).
